Refund and Cancellation Policy for Car Tool India

At Car Tool India, we cater to your specific automotive tool and diagnostic equipment needs. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order at https://cartoolindia.in.

Order Process

  • Orders are placed on our website without immediate payment.

  • Our representative will contact you to finalize product selection and pricing, with any changes subject to customer approval.

Claim Window

  • Customers must submit any refund or replacement claim within 3 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Customer-Selected Courier Services

  • If you choose your own preferred courier or transporter for shipment, Car Tool India is not responsible for refund, replacement, or compensation in case of delivery delays, loss, or damage.

  • No returns, replacements, or refunds will be provided for shipments where the customer chose their own courier service.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the tailored and approval-based order process, refunds are generally not allowed except under the conditions stated below.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of confirmation and receipt of any returned product or necessary documentation.

  • Refunds apply only in cases of lost shipment (if courier selected by Car Tool India) or if a replacement is not possible under eligible circumstances.

Replacements

  • Replacements are subject to product availability and will be initiated within 5 days after the product is received at Car Tool India’s office and verified to comply with policy conditions.

Warranty and Replacement Conditions

  • Manufacturer Warranty: All warranty claims are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • Unopened Products: Eligible for replacement with another product of equal value if unopened and unused.

  • Non-Activated Products: Eligible for replacement with another variant/product.

  • Damaged on Receipt: If your product arrives damaged, you must share unboxing video evidence for claim validation. Approved claims are eligible for replacement.

  • Lost Shipments: In case of lost shipment (when courier chosen by Car Tool India), customers must wait 15-30 days for resolution. If the order cannot be delivered after investigation, customers can opt for a refund or reshipment.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will not be applied for replacement or refund if the product was damaged or lost in transit and Car Tool India selected the courier.

  • Customers must bear any return shipping costs for product returns or warranty replacements.

  • Shipping costs for warranty replacements (to and from Car Tool India) are paid by the customer.

No Refund or Replacement Outside These Conditions

  • Refund, return, or replacement is not available for any request that does not meet the above criteria or exceeds the 3-day claim period.
